Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days (season items) or 5-10 business days (collaborations, pre-order, etc) of being placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing USPS tracking information. USPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. International customers ordering from disheartedsb.com are required to pay all duties and fees associated with shipping and purchases.
